Fata he has extensive experience in consultancy, research and training most of which has been commissioned work with local and sub regional agencies.
Our research covers all areas of B&ME issues and we are particularly skilled in regeneration, neighbourhood renewal and other area based initiatives and the impact of social and economic exclusion of B&ME residents within local urban and rural areas.
Our training programmes in cultural awareness and anti-discriminatory practice are designed to allow individual and group participants to become more aware of the many diverse and different cultures within our society and how these might become barriers for B&ME and other people from minority groups who attempt to access statutory service provision. We tend to not run one day courses but have developed our programmes which take place with three separate sessions over three months which enables participants to put into practice what they have learned and to reflect through group discussions issues and problems which might have arisen.
