Fata He BME Development promotes the development of Black and Minority Ethnic (B&ME) consultancy work and recognise that under-utilised areas of B&ME consultancy expertise is often awarded through contracts through invisible networks which do not include B&ME professionals, and more than often is only related to equalities work, even though many B&ME professionals are more academically and professionally qualified than their white counterparts.
